The Farlow+Co Foundry Mug is made by hand at East Wheeling Clayworks, a small pottery studio in Wheeling, WV. Each mug bears the unique marks of its maker, resulting in a truly one-of-a-kind piece.

Designed with purpose, the mug’s narrow top keeps contents warm for longer while the wide base provides greater stability. It’s perfect for enjoying your favorite brew at home, at work–anywhere life takes you.

East Wheeling Clayworks

East Wheeling Clayworks is located on the corner of 8th and Market–a short walk to the banks of the mighty Ohio River.

This 800-square-foot studio produces durable, functional pottery that’s intended for everyday use. Each and every piece is handcrafted one at a time, with care and attention.

Meet Adam and Beth Bedway

East Wheeling Clayworks is owned and operated by Adam and Beth Bedway. They lead a team of six potters who help them meet an ever-growing demand for their work.

Adam is the primary wheel-thrower and instructor at East Wheeling Clayworks. With a degree in Studio Art focusing on ceramics, Adam has been throwing pots for nearly two decades.

Beth is the studio’s hand-builder, underglaze guru and cat wrangler. She holds a Studio Art degree with a focus in sculpture, and has been working in a variety of media for well over a decade.
